Her style is mainly French bistro food, though also inspired by her many years travelling around the world. What is most important for her is the flavour-packed dishes she produces, in large cocottes or small finger food sizes. Alexandra likes to look for the perfect ingredient for each dish, and works with specialists in all food related areas to ensure freshness and quality.
